Description

The intervention implements the new Volvo Retail Sustainable Experience concept at the Volvo Vedat Valencia dealership (1,683 m²), with a comprehensive refurbishment of the premises — showroom, reception and vehicle delivery, after-sales, workshop and staff areas — while keeping the building's daily operation running.

The showroom is organised as an open, flexible space with the vehicle at its centre. The customer journey links complementary areas — street zone, living zone, sales, reception and attention — combining product display with more domestic, conversational spaces close to the brand's Scandinavian language.

The material palette is sober and precise: large-format ceramic flooring in the showroom, wood bringing warmth to the attention areas, and glass partitions providing transparency without losing privacy. The brand wall, in wooden battens over a dark background, integrates lighting, corporate graphics and a perception of quality. Lighting — technical in the display area, warm and indirect in the relational zones — is key to the transformation.

The refurbishment also updates the façade and entrances, with a new portal clad in wood and integrated lighting acting as a threshold between street and interior. In parallel, the after-sales and support areas are reorganised, clarifying circulation and separating customer and service flows.
