Every project is understood as a system.
Complex projects are not solved by good form alone. They require an understanding of territory, regulation, risk, infrastructure, investment and coordination among stakeholders. The studio's work is to order that complexity and turn it into clear technical decisions.

67-hectare masterplan for 14,000 inhabitants. First urbanisation in the Moche valley, articulating two territorial ring roads between Trujillo and the coast.
New Volvo Vedat Valencia dealership and workshop (6,540 m²): a large-scale commercial and technical facility on a high-visibility urban site, conceived as both a brand landmark and an operational tool for the dealership.
Preservation of the world's oldest surviving coastal steamship (1890): twelve years of conceptualisation, restoration and engineering to save a relic of the British fleet.
Ongoing technical work for municipalities of l’Horta Sud affected by the November 2024 DANA, focused on the territorial, hydraulic and urban analysis of the area around the Picassent ravine and on defining flood-risk mitigation strategies.
Urban and port activation project for Puerto Siles marina in Canet de Berenguer. The proposal combines a new social club, commercial uses, restaurant areas, sailing school, lounge spaces, auxiliary port facilities and pedestrian routes to strengthen the relationship between the marina, the town, the beach and the maritime landscape.
Coastal resort hotel in Fortaleza, Brazil: 83 rooms and a complete programme of leisure, dining and wellness arranged around gardens, pool and beachfront.
89-hectare urbanisation at 3,250 m over the Mantaro valley. The strategy preserves the rural character of the land —its imposing eucalyptus trees— and incorporates water as a structuring element of a continuous green public realm.
Heritage recovery of the Tilbury Riverside river terminal on the Thames estuary: restoration of the former station, the historic Windrush Brow gangway and the jetties to create an interpretation centre for the port’s maritime and migration memory.
