“Altos de Coayllo” Club House
The project is located in the "Altos de Coayllo" urbanisation, in a rural environment. The intention is to create a space for the inhabitants that functions as a meeting point for the community. For this, there are different interior rooms and an outdoor pool, allowing different activities to be carried out.
In addition, through materiality, it is possible to generate a piece integrated into the environment, with elements of stone and wood that highlight the character of the landscape and give unity to the whole. On the other hand, the views of the valley are enhanced through the creation of glazed spaces and terraces.
Regarding the implantation, the volume seeks to adapt to the terrain through its geometry, manifesting itself as a continuity of the landscape. The walls and pavements of the pool have an organic and dynamic shape that takes up the slope and contrasts with the volume of the clubhouse, with simple shapes.
