Logista HQ

The design for the Logista Headquarters consists in the creation of a new office building capable of transmitting the image of the company and guaranteeing its integration into the whole. The land where it is located is next to the already existing industrial units of the Logista Group. The building must harbour work and meeting areas, spaces for the general management and an assembly hall.

The idea of the project is based on the concept of Suprematism. It is implanted in the place through a volume that starts from the essential forms and reinterprets reality, creating an avant-garde composition that articulates the different exterior spaces, rooms and accesses. Also, the surroundings of the building are redeveloped, creating a parking area and new landscaped spaces with sheets of water and cobblestone areas that reflect the different uses that are generated in the building.

Functionally, the building is made up of two work wings linked by a central space. The left wing is for management positions and departments, while the right wing contains general jobs. Both consist of two floors articulated by a double-height central space in which the lobby and the assembly hall are located, facilitating the organization of circulation inside the building.

The building is located looking for the north-south orientation. The north facade is materialized by a glass curtain wall, guaranteeing diffused light for the work area and views towards the garden, while, to the south, a ventilated composite façade with solar protection is created, guaranteeing optimal working conditions inside the building and marking the access to it.
